LEVEL ONE: Engage in general and targeted warm-up sequences followed by postures which are taught from their foundations using fundamental building blocks to enable yourself to explore the movements correctly, safely and at your own pace.

Foundations

Restorative yoga is a gentle, slow style of yoga that involves long, passive holds, stillness and deep breathing in a series of 4-6 restful poses. Yogis are often supported by props to enhance or deepen their experience and achieve a state of total relaxation and release. Appropriate for all levels. Classes are limited to four spots.

Restorative Yoga

A barre workout primarily focuses on strengthening your muscles in ways that are similar to what you would do in ballet, yoga and Pilates while helping strengthen your core and increase muscle definition. It’s low-impact and beginner friendly. Space is limited.

Barre

Vinyasa Flow yoga emphasizes sequential movement between poses, linked with and guided by deliberate breath. The Vinyasa practice becomes a moving meditation that creates strength, freedom and fluidity in the body and mind.

Aerial Trapeze Yoga

Aerial yoga trapeze flow is an innovative way to move your body through a range of motion not typically accessible from the ground, decompressing your spine and correcting many posture issues that come from day to day life. Come fly with us! Sign ups required. No walk ins. Class is limited to four spots.

Yin Yoga is a slow paced style of yoga that focuses on the joints and connective tissues (tendons, fascia and ligaments) of the body. Applying moderate stress with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility. It also incorporates principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine with postures that are held for longer periods of time. The sequence of postures are meant to stimulate the meridians (channels of energy) and cultivate Qi (vital energy). Yin Yoga helps cultivate the “feeling & structure” of each pose, allowing even advanced practitioners new depth in each pose. Sign ups required. Classes are limited to six spots.

Yin Yoga

Iron Yoga combines yoga poses with upper body weight training for a full body workout.
While practicing some of your favorite standing and single leg balancing yoga asanas, you will incorporate light to moderate dumbbells to work your arms, shoulders, chest, back and core with over 25 different weight training exercises. The result is a full body shaping, toning and sculpting routine. With Power Yoga as the foundation, the essence of Iron Yoga is the beautiful synergy between weight training and yoga.

Iron Yoga is an incredibly intense and challenging workout.

In each Power Yoga pose, your legs are active, your core is engaged and each weight training movement is controlled by the breath and performed with continuous tension through a full range of motion. Iron Yoga is designed to help you achieve your health, fitness and weight management goals. Classes sizes will be limited at first.
